PLEASE NOTE: POTENTIAL SPOILERS AHEAD

It’s been a while since I’ve read any alien smut (I went through a dopamine-induced binge mood read around this time last year), so I immediately hopped on the opportunity to join Emily Antoinette’s ARC team. SFM is my first ARC with Emily and is the second book she’s written in the world of Spire Station. It does not need to be read after Space for Love, but characters in the first book will make appearances as side characters in SFM.

Phelix (m, nexxit – alien), Mezli (f, nexxit – alien), and Eden (F, human) are HOT together. It takes them a little while to get there, though. There’s a mystery/crime to attend to, suspected nefarious intent, actual nefarious intent by another character, slow burn on all three fronts due to unknown mutual pining and self-insecurities. Eventually they all get over their individual hurdles, stop being silly, and give into their base desires. When I tell you I could not put the book down I mean it. There’s a reason I finished this in just two days.

All story lines are wrapped up, and the epilogue gives a glimpse into what, rather who, the next book in this world will cover. Let’s just say Paul appears to be going on another adventure much sooner than he expected. And our favorite non-binary seladin (alien), Hadrell is there. I cannot wait!

If you find yourself in need of some monster or alien smut, do yourself a favor and check out Emily Antionette’s novels. I’ve read everything she’s published so far, and I fully intend on reading everything she publishes going forward. The way I get turned on, get sentimental, immediately can shift to attempting to figure out the crime, and feel seen as a plus-sized woman in all of Emily’s books.

XOXO

P.S. The book is available 02/20/24!
