For transparency’s sake, I received Suckered: A Valentine’s Story (Suckered) as an Advanced Reader’s Copy (ARC) and my review is honest and unpaid/unsponsored.
PLEASE NOTE: POTENTIAL SPOILERS AHEAD
Suckered is a fast-paced, witty novella following vampire Alexei throughout his workday at LoveBubble. We meet the lovely Felicia, the mastermind Damien, and the intriguing Kat along the way as well as other office employees. Felicia stole my heart; what a loveable, silly woman whom I would love to call a friend in reality. Kat is a general badass and I’ve decided I want to be her when I grow up. Alexi is….smouldering hot and I’m low-key jealous he’s fictional. And Damien is….well I’ll let you read Suckered and find out for yourself.
If you’re into stories that will keep you on the edge of your seat with adventure, romance, and plot twists then Suckered is your story! (When I say romance I mean hot, steamy romance!) This novella took me maybe an hour to read through. Enjoy!!
